I have been studying Alma 5 for to mornings now, it has been enlightening. Why,to start with does Alma ask about remembering what happened to his father and all that followed him? I think it is very specific example of what Christ can and will do for each of us as we exercise faith in him. Do any of you have other thoughts?
I totally agree! I also think that this is a chapter of what we need to be doing each day of our lives... turning to Christ and becomming like him. Life seems to go a lot better the days that I start with scripture study and prayer. And remembering all that my Savior has done. When I read this chapter it makes me think of a couple lines from a YW song... "Have you received his image in your countinance? Does the light of Christ shine in your eyes? Will He know you when he comes again becuase you shall be like him?"
